Truly a family man
I am 63 years old and I was born in Kentucky. Our family moved around quite a bit as I was growing up. My family moved to Louisiana in 1976 and I moved here in 1978 to begin law school at Tulane. Since graduating from law school, I have practiced for 38 years in Jefferson Parish representing regular people from all walks of life and have learned a great deal from that experience. I am married to Vicki Boudreaux and have three grown children who are all doing very well. I am a Christian and I take my faith seriously. I am currently serving as chair of the Jefferson Parish Democratic Executive Committee and over the last 10 years have spoken on behalf of injured workers in the legislature. Based upon that experience, I have learned a lot about what does and does not work in Baton Rouge.
